The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and eager to assist us throughout our stay. We were so satisfied with their service that we decided to return after our three nights in another city. They even allowed us to leave our big bags at the hotel free of charge. The location of the hotel was easily accessible, with lots of shops around and a vibrant atmosphere, especially on the weekends. The breakfast spread was good, and they were willing to cook our eggs any way we liked. We could even request pancakes. The room was a good size, and although the mist prevented us from enjoying a great view, it was still only a five-minute walk to the center, which was perfect for us. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and took our breath away. The breakfast each morning was top-notch. We were also pleased with the close proximity to CatCat village, which we could easily walk to in just 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and amazing in every way. The owner even went above and beyond to find us a room for early check-in at a small charge and upgraded us to a bigger and more comfortable room with two king beds. This was such a nice surprise. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, which means we had stunning mountain views right in front of our room. It was truly jaw-dropping. Within a five-minute walk, we could reach Sunplaza, which was super convenient. The owner was so generous, kind, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a blast exploring Quang Truong Square and checking out the Silver Waterfall nearby. The hotel owners were super cool and gave us awesome tips on where to party in the area. They really knew how to make our trip unforgettable!
If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be an epic rooftop party area at the hotel. We had so much energy and wanted to dance the night away under the stars.

I chose Sapa Retreat Condotel for its great location near Hoang Lien National Park, a place I've been wanting to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the Free in-room WiFi, which was fast and reliable. The onsite restaurant at Sapa Retreat Condotel was also a highlight, with delicious local dishes that satisfied my cravings.
Tricky to locate, more signage needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the market but not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The staff were very attentive and always eager to assist with any requests I had. The room was beautifully decorated and tidy, with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious and I could even request how I wanted my eggs done. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
